Adult Kayak Instruction
Evening Intro to Whitewater Kayaking Class (2-Day)
Day 1: Will be on flatwater at Blue Mesa where you are introduced to boat fitting, the wet exit, basic strokes, and paddling concepts.
Day 2: Will be on the Gunnison River (Class II) working on a variety of river maneuvers and applying the skills we learned from day 1.
No prerequisites, although comfort in the water is helpful. Must be 17 or older.
